​Doctors that Code is a site that documents one doctor's venture into improving the care of patients using digital health technology and artificial intelligence.

My name is Sam McInerney.

I'm an oncology Doctor based in Scotland, UK.

I'm also a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh.

 

My focus is the development of digital tools for use in Cancer, with a focus on bringing AI technology into patients' and doctors' hands.

Looking for practical uses of AI that will bring much-needed improvements to patient care, time management and satisfaction. 

(I'm leaving the clever researchers to use A.I. to develop new drug targets, understand DNA, and all that other exciting stuff that A.I. can do! :))
